Are you a Registered Nurse with leadership experience whoâs passionate about elevating the standard of care? Weâre looking for a dedicated RN Clinic Supervisor to lead our on-site clinical operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach a dynamic care team, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure an exceptional experience for every participant who walks through our doors.
đč What Youâll Do:
As the RN Clinic Supervisor, youâll be the heartbeat of our clinic operationsâresponsible for both the strategic oversight and day-to-day execution of care delivery. You'll lead a skilled team of RNs, LVNs, Medical Assistants, and Schedulers, ensuring efficiency, compassion, and compliance are at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of daily clinic operations to maintain exceptional standards of care.
- Hire, mentor, and develop clinical staffâcreating a strong, collaborative, and high-performing team.
- Partner closely with the Center Manager and Medical Director to optimize workflows and clinical procedures.
- Act as a liaison between clinic staff and other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for CMS audits; support quality and compliance initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and lead continuous improvement efforts.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies for optimal clinic readiness.
- Develop and refine systems for scheduling, staff training, and inventory control.
- Step in to provide clinical support as needed, including triage and participant assessments.
- Champion a culture of learning by delivering regular training and growth opportunities for staff.

- Monday through Friday
- 100% On-Site
đŒ What Youâll Bring:
- Active RN license (required)
- Proven experience in clinical leadership, team development, and care coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CMS standards and audit preparation is a plus
- Passion for improving the patient and staff experience
