Our client is seeking an RN Clinic Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a dynamic on-site clinic. Schedule: Monday to Friday | 100% On-Site

🌟 What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day clinic operations with a focus on delivering high-quality participant care.
• Coach, mentor, and support clinical staff including RNs, LVNs, Medical Assistants, and Schedulers.
• Collaborate closely with the Center Manager and Medical Director to improve patient workflows and outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between clinical teams and other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Be the go-to person for CMS auditors and play a key role in maintaining compliance and quality.
• Monitor clinical performance metrics and spearhead improvement initiatives.
• Manage clinic inventory, equipment, and day-to-day logistics.
• Provide occasional direct patient support including triage and clinical assessments.
• Cultivate a positive learning culture by delivering ongoing training and development to staff.

📅 Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, full-time onsite (no remote/hybrid option)
