💼 What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments like VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Functional Assessments, and more
• Create individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Train and supervise behavior technicians using evidence-based strategies
• Track client progress and update programs as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers to support long-term success

🧩 You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• At least 2 years’ experience working with children with autism (preferred)
• Passion for helping others, integrity, and a strong ethical foundation
